Jovi and Pig…A Love Story – Ruff Housing Doggie Day and Overnight Care

Here’s a short video I made on the fly back in July 2012, when Pig (that’s her real name!) was staying with us, I was probably bored so made this video of Jovi and her :)  That’s pretty much it.  Pig has come back to stay with us at least 2-3 times since then, and the magic always returns when she’s here with her and Jovi :D

Jovi and Chauncy

So I had a little free time today and decided I would annihilate both my dogs on video!  It’s always great to have them around but especially when I want to blow stuff up! Neither one of them were actually hurt making these videos, if anything they got treats for just sitting where they normally sit.  These are actual videos.  Jovi video looks like I just took a photo of him and then layered the destruction on top but he always sits still when I have a camera pointing at him.  I think he thinks I’m a bear, and if he doesn’t move, I won’t know he’s there.  You can see Chauncy’s head moving in his video, but he sits still too when I have a camera pointed at him.

Laura and Christopher Renewal with Elvis @ Las Vegas Sign

Wow, it’s been almost two weeks since I last posted anything on my blog.  For all 3 of  my subscribers, I apologize, LOL!

November 2, 2012…One year and 17 days after their original wedding date, my hairy nephew Christopher and his lovely wife Laura decided to do a renewal Las Vegas Sign/Elvis style!  It was actually the day everyone started to filter into Las Vegas for a big family get together.  We all met up @ the sign around 2pm.  His parents, Robert and Marlene (my sister) Douglas, Mrs. Douglas (Christopher’s grandmother on his father’s side who I thought was from Jamaica (because I’m a moron) but was actually from Trinidad), Alex (Chris’ brother) and his girlfriend Jen, and my dad were in attendance.

Best Elvis impersonator Kent Ripley was there.  If you’ve never seen him, he’s more of a super mini-sized skinny Elvis but he can damn well play the guitar and sounds just like Elvis!  Photos up above and the video below.  I walked in front of the camera a few times because well again I’m a moron.
